Question: I am having a difficult time speaking clearly as the day progresses; I need to strain to speak clearly and be heard . I find myself straining to make myself clear to my husband. I just spoke to my sister in rhode Island(I'm in Calif} and she noticed something about my voice that it was very clear to her
