Suggest Treatment For Pressure Sensation In Head, Neck And Jaws
Question: Hi, for a few weeks, i have a tightness like pressure in my head, neck and jaw. I also have a ring in my ears, i feel lightheaded and i have small involuntary spasms in my body(arms, legs, forehead etc). I have big problems trying to fall asleep, i feel tired during the day. I have done a few tests(ECG, Bloods, Brain Scan, Chest x-ray). Everything came back normal. Except for a excess of fat in my scalp and some minor alterations in the liver. What is wrong with me?

Is there any hearing loss or dizziness ?
Is your symptoms are associated with nasal blockage or post nasal drip ( nose or sinus secretions dripping back into throat)?

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be neuralgia ( pressure head-ache with pain radiation to jaw and neck) with eutchian tube dysfunction secondary to sinusitis.
I suggest you to do hearing tests ( pure tone audiogram with audiometry), x-Ray para nasal sinuses and MRI neck.
