Are They Any Creams Or Gels To Treat Premature Ejaculation?

Question: Me and my husband planning to have kids. But my husband is ejaculating before inserting penis into vagina. So can some one please suggest any delay creams or gels, that doesn't not have any side effects on getting pregnant.

Based on the facts that you have posted, it appears that your husband is facing problem of Premature Ejaculation.

In a normal healthy individual the cause of premature or early ejaculation is what is called as performance anxiety. Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delayed ejaculation.

1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.

2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc

3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.

4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Taking Sildenafil (Viagra)and Paroxetine as on demand will help to get good hard sustainable erection and to delay ejaculation.

If he uses this products, i can conceive.Right? And is their going to be any side effects on child birth?

And, does he need to use both Sildenafil (Viagra) and Paroxetine? or any one of them is good? If one is good, which one he need to take?

How to use those products and guidelines to use this product?

And he is using another medication like Zantac, omeprozale and vitamin d tablets. Does he will have any side effects?
