It is treatable condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to inform you that premature ejaculation is largely treatable condition and most males get good benegit from available treatment options.

There are behavioural as well pharmacological options available which includes Kegel exercise, start and stop techniques among others.

Among the medications there are SSRI group of medications which increase the intravaginal time to the satisfaction of both partners.

In my view start doing Kegel exercise while slowly increasing strength of contraction from one second to more than 10 seconds. Also have at least 100 contractions per day.

I hope this helps you.
if you have more questions feel free to contact me.
Thanks and regards.

What are the SSRI medications you refer to?? Is this something to ask my Dr. specifically for?

Are the SSRI name brand drugs?

Yes there are six as of now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

On this day six SSRI medications are available suitable for every individual. They are Fluoxetine, paroxetine, Fluvoxamine, escitalopram, citalopram and sertraline. Among them first three are commonly used for patients with premature ejaculation.

Your doctor will be in better position to advice right one for you.

I hope this helps you.
