Brief Answer:
Related to anxiety or increased excitation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query and understand the problem of getting hard erection and may be premature ejeculation.

The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the performance of anxiety or lack of sexual experience or increased excitation during for-play.

This is a very common problem among young boys and unfortunately, there’s no specific medication available for the same.

Here are some tips which will help you to improve your sexual life and will prevent premature ejaculation.

1. Half an hour of exercises like running, swimming, etc. Exercises will reduce your stress and improve your health.

Talking to your partner about your tensions can also calm you down and strengthens your relationship.

2. Quit smoking or other drug use (if you do). These can narrow blood vessels of penis and have been linked to premature ejaculation and difficult in getting good erection.

3. Sunlight exposure inhibits the body’s natural production of melatonin, a hormone that helps us to sleep and also reduces our sexual urges. So have adequate sunlight exposure in daytime.

4. Paying more attention to your partner’s desires and talking about this before hand can make sex pleasurable for both of you.

5. Engaging more and more in foreplay can also help.

6. A behavioral technique such as,

I) Squeeze-pause technique,
II) Desensitizing creams,

Above precautionary tips from 1 to 6 would certainly help you and will see improvement within 3 to 4 weeks.

In case, If problem persist even after that, you should take consultation with a sex therapist to be assessed properly.

Hope this detailed information will be helpful. Let me know if you have more doubts.
