Brief Answer:
Inhibitions coming in your way

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

Alcohol makes a person lose the inhibitions psychologically. Thus I feel that the cause in your case is inhibitions. The inhibitions maybe social stigma, fear of disease, performance anxiety or any such factor that does not let you enjoy. You are active in sports because you feel it is good for you. While you may not feel this way for sexual intercourse.

Thus my advice would revolve around relaxation. There can be healthier ways than alcohol to overcome these inhibitions. One is adequate foreplay. Second is doing non-sexual activities with your partner like watching movies, going for a picnic, etc. It will make your relationship stronger and will sustain ups and downs of time. Then you may delay sexual intercourse until you have well sustained erection. Women mostly are not looking for too much of intercourse. Rather they want to spend some quality time with their partner. There are relaxation techniques. In XXXXXXX yoga and breathing techniques (called as kriya) are helpful in relaxation.

Losing weight and developing dark circles may be suggestive of vitamin deficiency. Are you a vegetarian? You may be deficient in vit B12 and thiamine, pyridoxine etc. Supplements can be taken after testing for B12 levels in blood.

I would also suggest that you do your basic blood tests. Also let me know which medicines you are taking. Some medicines can also cause erection issues.

Hope it helps.
