Brief answer....stop worrying as it is a perfectly treatable condition.
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
First of all let me make it very clear to you that your problems are perfectly treatable and there is nothing to worry about. So these are no issues and would go away.
Thin semen, low quantity of semen and nocturnal emissions are all normal occurences and are felt by all most all men in their life.
All most always PME is caused by anxiety, guilt and depression.
Very rarely hormonal problems,or heart problems or certain medicines like for high blood pressure can cause it but since you being young these should not be the treasons in you.
How to treat....
PME is treated by behavioural approaches, certain medicines for short duration, yoga and mental relaxation techniques and quitting alcohol, smoking and doing regular physical exercises.
Behavioural approaches are counselling sessions from psychiatrist, certain methods like stop and squeeze methods etc.
Medicines used are generally paroxetine and clomipramine. They do cause some side effects like some sedation and drowsiness but these goes away with time.
Another option is using Ayurvedic medicines like TENTAX ROYALE and CONFIDO.  These medicines have no side effects.
The best for you would be take the help of a psychiatrist and get treated professionally.
In addition start doing yoga and deep breathing exercises.
Aerobic exercises also help you a lot.
Quit smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs if any.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
