Suggest Treatment For Post-polypectomy Bleeding
Question: I had had a polypectomy 9 days ago and jt hemmoraged. I have bled jn 7 days and have had normal bowel movements since then. I am nervous about the potential of my polypectomy site rehemorraging. My GI doctor initially placed in 2 help clips which subsided the bleeding and then on Thursday about a week ago I passed a couple of lemon sized clots in the toilet. my GI doctor did another colonoscopy on Friday and said the site was not actively bleeding but it was open and he could see the blood vessel through the ulcer and tat was to be expected. where it has been a week since I have passed any blood n I out of the woods for a other hemmorage to occur?
