Brief Answer:
warm compress, antiseptic, antibiotic cream

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can try applying a warm compress to the area, this would encourage drainage. A warm compress can be applied 2 to 3 times a day for 15 to 20 mins.

In addition, cleaning the area with a mild anti septic twice daily (eg hydrogen peroxide) and apply a topical antibiotic twice daily eg bactroban, fucidin, neosporin

Pimples have different causative factors: (1) excess sebum (oily fatty substance)
(2) blockage of hair follicles
(3)presence of a particular bacteria
(4)inflammation of the skin

The use the anti septic and topical antibiotic would help with the bacterial aspect and would also reduce the inflammation.
A acne/pimple wash such as a benzoyl peroxide would also help as well.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
