Brief Answer:
Likely to be sebaceous cysts.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image. The swellings seem to be due to small sebaceous cysts. It so happens that our skin has sebaceous glands which secrete an oily secretion called sebum. If dirt and other particulate matter block the opening of these glands, the secretions cannot escape and get collected inside forming a sebaceous cyst. That is what seems to be happening in your case.

A clinical examination will help in confirming the diagnosis. If that is the case, the sebaceous cysts need to be drained surgically (small XXXXXXX to drain the collections inside). Other than this, you need to wash your face frequently with plain water to avoid dirt from accumulating and blocking the sebaceous glands.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
