Suggest Treatment For Pimple On Anus And Constipation

Question: Hii sir
Iam XXXX , 27 Years old, female
I am having a pimple on anus and also found a lump coming out of the anus
Pimple is not on the lump
I frequently suffers from constipation, and from the last week I was having constipation
Though, at night often daily I clean up my stomach
One more thing, from a month or two some burning sensation in the chest

These could be Hemorrhoids and chest burning due to Gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms are suggestive of Hemorrhoids. These are blood filled swellings from the anus and are a common problem in patients with constipation. Have you ever had bleeding during or after passing stools? Or any pain in passing stools?
Do let me know.
You should see a Surgeon who can examine you and do a rectal examination also. This would be able to diagnose the problem. It is difficult to say without examining you. But first and foremost you should get rid of the constipation. You can take Senna or Isabgol or Tab Dulcolax to relieve yourself of the constipation. This will relieve half of your problems.
Do not worry. These are very treatable conditions provided you start the right treatment at the right time.
Chest symptoms might not be related but could be due to Gastritis which are a frequent finding along with constipation.
I usually prescribe medicines like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole half an hour before breakfast.
You should feel better with the above but please also do see a Surgeon.

I have never got blood or pain in passing the stool
That lump is also not painful
Will the medicine you recommended right now, will relieve me from recent pain, it difficult to move actually
For how long I have to take these medicines Pantoprazole or Omeprazole before breakfast

These medicines are to be taken for at least two weeks.
More important would be medicines for the constipation.
But it would be important to get it examined. Maybe a Lady Surgeon if you are not comfortable with a Male Surgeon.

Can you recommend some ointment for instant relief from pain,
I am in doubt: You recommended Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for blister and Isabgol for constipation. Clear this please
If the issue is not so serious can I go to the Doctor next month
I live in hostel, August first week I will be going home that time I can go for checkup. In Roorkee, there is no such good facility of hospitals and specialists

Hi,
For pain you should apply Lignocaine gel before and after passing stools. Pain will also get decreased if you take Sitz baths. To have warm water in a broad vessel and sit in it for 10 to 15minutes two to three times a day.
Pantoprazole is for chest burning and other medicines for relieving constipation.
There must be lots of Surgeons in Roorkee. I have worked there long back. But August would be fine if there is not too much pain or swelling.
