Brief Answer:
It might be external haemorrhoid.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

It might be external haemorrhoids or polyp or cyst.

But it needs to be rechecked by visual inspection around the anus and proctoscopy test by a general surgeon to have a clear diagnosis.

However,You can take below treatment.

1) Antibiotics (ofloxacin with antiprotozoals like metronidazole or ornidazole),

2) Topical application of steroids with lignociane creams or ointments to reduce pain, inflammation and itching.

3) Hot sitz bath,

4) Laxatives or purgatives to have a soft and effortless stool evacuation.

5) Vitamin b complex with folic acid.

You may consult general surgeon for complete history, thoroughly examination and treatment if above measures do not help to subside from the symptoms within 3 to 4 days.

Hope this information will help you.

Thanks and Regards,
