Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Bump At The Back Of Neck
Question: i have a pimple like bump on the back of my neck more on my upper right shoulder it is very painful when touched and seems to feel very hard as well.
You can apply antibiotic cream like fucidin or mupirocin cream. Take analgesic like brufen.consult doctor if does not respond.

It would be better if you send clear and close up photos of the lesion.
As it is painful lesion it may be infected cyst or folliculitis or else. The organism cannot be pinpointed until it is isolated.
Staphylococcus can cause skin boils or furuncle or folliculitis. It may present as painful pimple, or bigger size pus filled lesions.
Topical Antibiotics like mupirocin may be sufficient.
There may be other causes for swelling in neck too.
You can get back with clear photos for clarification.
