Brief Answer:
Pigmentation treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.

As you also complain of oily skin therefore, I want to clarify whether the black spots are a result of acne OR are they otherwise.

I would suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, preferably gel based e.g Suncote gel (marketed by curatio in india). It needs to be applied every 2-3 hours, over the whole of face, throughout the day.

At night you can use either a cream containing kojic acid (kojic cream) OR hydroquinone solution (Epilite 5% solution OR HO Lite 5% solution) just over the affected area.

Along with this treatment you can also take a few peeling sessions from a dermatologist e.g glycolic acid peel, kojic acid peel to gradually lighten the pigmentation.

Since your face is oily, therefore a cleanser containing ingredients like glycolic acid, salicylic acid which removes excess oil and deep cleanses the pores can be used, once daily e.g AHAGlow face wash.

Hi.

Since you have an oily skin, therefore you should use as few products as possible or else you may develop acne.

Use a gel based sunscreen regularly.

At night you can use hydroquinone solution (Epilite 5% solution OR HO Lite 5% solution) just over the affected area/black spots.

A cleanser containing ingredients like glycolic acid, salicylic acid which removes excess oil and deep cleanses the pores can be used, once daily e.g AHAGlow face wash.
