Question: I have a very about 30cm2 area of de pigmented area (It is segmental vitiligo) in the leg. I am planning to undergo surgery to patch it. Which is the best surgery for it with best results. Melanocyte transplantation or punch grafting ?

However punch grafting has a disadvantage that the treated surface might have a cobble stone appearance which is a frequent side effect and might have a bearing on final cosmetic result.
