Brief Answer:
Physiological size change with old age. No worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Increase in nipple size in old age with no other symptom or discomfort or any asymmetry is likely a benign cause most probably physiological gynecomastia. Age related hormonal fluctuation is the commonest cause. Other possibilities are age related fat deposition in glandular tissues of nipple can also cause this nipple size increment. Increase in estrogen levels irrespective of the cause can lead to nipple enlargement too. In old age when testosterones are reduced, it leads to increased estrogen levels and that may cause nipple growth.

You should consult a doctor and let them examine your breast and rule out any sinister pathologies like lumps in breast or god forbid breast cancer . After ruling out that, all you would need is reassurance and wait and see. If it still bothers you or stays more than a year you can request a cosmetic surgeon to take care of that.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
