Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

Question: I am 25 years old and have an uncircumcised penis. The foreskin doesn't draw back and I tried having intercourse with my girlfriend a few times. However, I lose erection after penetration. A few weeks earlier I observed that the inner skin of my penis has turned a creamy-white color. There are also small cracks on the tip of the skin. I would like to know the remedy. It is painless as of now, but it burns a bit at times. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

P.S. I try to clean my penis my pulling my foreskin down, but it's too tight and can be painful.

Brief Answer:
Inability to retract the prepuce

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
The skin on the glance penis is known as prepuce .
Skin of penis ( under prepuce turned creamy white)and also develop cracks on the tip of the skin .
This is known as phimosis .
While the condition can be acquired as a result of chronic or acute inflammation of the lining of prepuce, usually it is due to CONGENITAL narrowing of PREPUTIAL ORIFICE ( may be in your case), often associated with an unduly long foreskin.
Sometimes ,when patient micturates the prepuce balloons out first and a thin, weak stream of urine follows ( as this is very common in young children due to this condition ).
In your case white creamy color of skin under prepuce is due to balanitis with inability to retract the prepuce , and rarely , because of a very long prepuce.
Recurrent balanoposthitis and phimosis often follow attempts by you for intercourse forcibly to retract the prepuce .
This also causes cracks in prepuce skin.
Because of inability to retract for intercourse , a tight frenum , balanitis are an indication for CIRCUMCISION .
Loss of erection may be due to pain during intercourse ( because of retract difficulty ) or psychological reason .
So first of all get in CIRCUMCISION , if after that , there remain any erection problem then consult a psychiatrist .
Hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
CIRCUMCISION

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
This is not a serious disease ( disorder ) but very common in day to day practice. But it would be better , if early , but if you want some time due to any personal reason , you can wait for some time( 6 months ) but don't retract skin .
Let it remain as such.
Good luck.
