Brief Answer:
Vomiting likely to be due to Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

I do understand your concern and apprehension. If there are no other associated symptoms like fever and urinary complaints then the likely cause is due to Gastritis with associated gastroesophageal reflux.

I would suggest you the following
1 . Add Junior Lanzol tablet : It suppresses gastric acid. Dissolve one tablet in 2 spoons of water and give it to your child twice a day

2. Syrup Ondensetaron to be given: it's antiemtic and will reduce vomiting

3. Avoid oily food

4. Give soft diet: Dhal khicdi, Curd rice

5. Do consult your Pediatrician if vomiting still persist till morning

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance anytime

Wishing your child speedy recovery.

Take care
