Suggest treatment for persistent stomach and thigh cramps

Question: 24 years old woman, skinny about 45kgs, 165-168 cm

Sex on 20th of may took morning after pill in the first 16 hours. Period supposed to happen around the 3rd of XXXXXXX

Instead cramps around stomach and thighs. And now sudden severe cramps. Woke up sweaty in a colder temperature room which is very uncommon. Dizziness almost passed out. And got sick had to throw up but couldn't. This happened today and it was the first time this happened

The chances of pregnancy with unprotected sex on 20th May are high as it was your fertile period. Taking the pill within 16 hours gives 95% protection against pregnancy.
The symptoms that you are having can be related to impending period or a pregnancy. it is best to test your urine using a urine pregnancy kit available over the counter. if the test is negative then there is no need to worry. Just wait for the period to begin.
