Brief Answer:
Levocetirizine

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for posting your question to HCM.

From the medications you've written here, you should take levocetirizine 5mg , this will help with the itching.

A hydrocortisone 1%cream or ointment to apply on the area will help .

If you have any of these symptoms : Pain, pressure or tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing , difficult swallowing, shortness of breath , swelling of the face, lips , mouth or tongue.. You should go to your nearest ER/hospital immediately for emergency medical care.

Keep the face clean , avoid scratching.
Feel free to ask further.

Take Care !
