Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of pinched nerve at the back.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of a pinched nerve in lumbar region (lower back).

As of now, you can take medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules, which relieve nerve pain.

If symptoms persist despite this, an MRI scan of lumbo-sacral spine may be done.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
