Brief Answer:
Symptoms related to metabolic implications of Sarcoidosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

Many of the symptoms, which you are experiencing are probably related to the metabolic implications of Sarcoidosis on the body.

Eventhough it is currently in remission, I advise you get your serum calcium, Vitamin D and ACE enzyme levels checked.

Additionally, complete Thyroid hormone profile is also indicated in your case.

Specific management depends on the test results.

Cardiac and Gut issues can be comfortably ruled out as the relevant investigations have shown negative study.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
