Brief Answer:
Might be suffering from Allergic Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms, there is a possibility that Allergy might be a factor causing inflammation in the nose as you are also suffering from rashes like Urticaria.

Another reason for the nasal blockage might be too much use of decongestant nasal spray(like Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline). The decongestant nasal spray should not be used more than 10 days as they can also cause rebound congestion in the nose.

You may find relief by taking the following medication:
Steroid nasal spray like Mometasone,
Saline nasal spray,
Mucolytic like Ambroxol,
Antihistaminic with Oral decongestant like Levocetrizine with Phenylephrine.

Also do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid dust and cold food.

After following the above measures,if still your complain is not reducing, then it would be advisable to consult an ENT specialist Doctor.He/She might do nasal endoscopy to find the cause of the nasal blockage and treat accordingly.

Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any further questions.Take care.
