Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

It can be due to prolonged sitting hours in front of computers during the job (let me know if you're in a desk job or something else)..morning stiffness over the same region can be there after overnight sleep (as the area is already under stress and immobilization or bad posture during sleep can aggravate it further)..

Try to find out if you're engaged in to any heavy/strenuous activities seven days back which might be a culprit behind this..

Always try to sit with your spine straight, and take frequent short breaks (5-10mins) in between and just walk around the premises..

Do not engage in any kind of heavy weight lifting..

Avoid forward/backward bending and any kind of stretching for the time being..

For symptomatic relief, you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg three times daily after food..apply some hot fomentation gently over the area twice daily.. along with this you can also apply analgesic gel Diclofenac locally (eg.VOLINI GEL), apply it gently over the area twice daily and do not massage..

Drink plenty of water (at least 2.5 ltr) throughout the day to remain well hydrated..

If despite following this, symptoms persist or worsen, then I'd suggest a clinical examination of the area by an Orthopedician along with few relevant investigation (X-ray of the Lumbosacral spine, serum Calcium, Vit D3 level, ESR etc.) for further management..

Take Care
Kind Regards
