Thanks for your query.

Lower back pain is common with wrong posture while sitting for long hours of desk work, lack of exercise, faulty sleeping couch if bed is not firm or is sagging, undue loading of back by weight and heavy objects lifting frequently. Apart from this improper nutrition or overweight are few common causes.

The best remedy is taking all precautions for above mentioned conditions.

Regular back muscle strengthening exercises, hot fomentation, massage, correct posturing in lying and sitting or standing positions,proper nutrition and weight watching help a great deal. You may write to me what are your aggravating factors, about your physique, occupation and about your daily activity and any other associated symptoms.

Take paracetamol tablet as and when required and try to consult an orthopedic doctor and write to us with details as mentioned by me.
