Have been treating herpes for over 2yrs,is there a permanent drug for herpes..?Or any medication that won't require daily dosage

Herpes simplex virus 1 or 2 is known for recurrence. There is no permanent cure .But the lesions tend to be less severe as days pass by.
There is no drug to cure herpes as of now.

Valtrex is a safe drug .It is given to prevent recurrence of herpes lesions.Daily regimen is preferred to prevent recurrence.
