Brief Answer:
Take pain killers with domperidone

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In young age, headache with vomiting may be a feature of migraine. Migraine headache are throbbing, unilateral onset, associated with nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound.
For treatment you can take pain killers like Naproxen or paracetamol or Aceclofenac. Odensetron or domperidone may be taken for vomiting.
Prophylaxis treatment is required if episodes are many in a month.
Precautions like timely food, sleep, avoiding fasting coffee and chocolates will be beneficial.

Can take a CT scan head to rule out other causes. Less likely a possibility of acidity.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
