Question: i have gastritis . so the past week i didnt take any meds and seem to be ok . but been abit paranoid when i went out. cause i keep burping after i eat and then I will start panicking and fearing that i might puke but i think it is all in my mind. This happened after i drank some iced tea through a straw. Dont feel bloated just feel like burping constantly. And then i will have this stomach pain like i need to pooop but will be relieved when i pass gas. Is this all in my mind ? Symptoms seem better when i am calmed down.

In my opinion you should continue the use of omeprazole as the cause for anxiety lies with excessive burping and not taking medication.
