Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness

Question: ive been dizzy for two days now and no idea why. Ive eaten drank and have been resting all day even a nap. I checked my o2-95-97,bp-88-89, and blood sugar-106-120 I last ate 7hrs ago. is there anything else i can do to help kick this feeling of being dizzy like the room is spinning everytime i stand up walk around or even just moving my head

It is a benign condition and usually resolves in a few days.

As of now, you can take betahistine tablets to get relief from dizziness.
