Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory tract infection most likely

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Cough with white phlegm shows it is not infective but allergic
Take an oral decongestants like Coldaid twice daily and nasal decongestant drops like Otrivin Nasal for few days.
Take an expectorant cough syrup like a combination of Levocetrizine and Phenylepherine plus Ambroxol 2 tsp thrice daily.

Take nebulization or at least steam inhalation.

Do Hexidine gargles. A get sputum examination done if it doesn't get better within 5 days.

Please get an X-ray chest done and tell me if the sinus just small or there is any sinusitis too. If possible, please send me the pictures of your X-ray done so that I can suggest you better.

Hope I have answered your query. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Thank you.
