Question: I have a cough for a week now & not getting better. I went 3 a gp& she diagnosed me as having sinusitis, The meds arnt working. I have flem and weezing?

Hello. If you were given antibiotics and they haven't taken care of this you need another course of a different antibiotic. You also need an inhaler for the wheezing. This sounds like asthmatic bronchitis and not sinusitis

I dont think it is sinusitis as i dont have pain in my sinus region! I have an annoying cough that wakes me up every night for the past week. And i am worried it could be something more serious. Ineas taking a sinusitis antibiotic, as well as ammuco(disolves in water) and is suppose to thin out mucus. I am also taking pain tabs to help with any pain. Please can you help

As I said this doesn't sound like sinusitis. You need a chest x-ray to check for pneumonia and I would give you a round of a different antibiotic
