Brief Answer:
precautions will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are allergic to cold.
I would suggest that you should take precautions to prevent exposure to cold and avoid cold drinks, juices and ice creams.

Daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables help in increasing the body's immunity.
Fruits rich in Vitamin C also increase our immunity.

Regular exercise in fresh air and a good 6-8 hours sleep in night will also be helpful.

You can take Levocetrizine once a day for few days when suffering from cold.
Steam inhalation can be continued.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
