Brief Answer:
please provide more information...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you haven't provided much information about your symptoms... There are various types of "colds". The most common one is the common cold (wisely chosen name!) which causes a runny and congested nose, sore throat and malaise. If there's fever, it's low grade. You can deal with the symptoms with simple measures like paracetamol (acetaminophen) for the malaise (body aches, headaches, fever, etc), decongestants for the congested nose, antihistamines for runny nose, normal saline for nasal rinsing.

You can't do much more than that because there are no specific treatment options for the common cold.

If you're talking about other conditions with high fever, productive cough, etc then you'd better visit your doctor because more serious infections (requiring antibiotic treatment sometimes) may be the cause.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
