Suggest Treatment For Periumbilical Pain Followed By Brief Nausea

Question: I have periumbilical tenderness and a little bit on the left abd. Two stools this am appear "normal" for me. Occasional flushed feeling. Have had these symptoms before just around umbilicus and they spontaneously resolved. Also slightly nauseated How should I proceed. Rush to MD? Thanks

no eating out for two weeks

Impression after the updates-Impending Mesenteric Ischemia with subacute presentation due to diabetic neuropathy?which has suppressed the acute presentation.

I reviewed your updates in context of the query.

My Impression-after updates
Based on the hypertension,hyperlipidemia with ? prediabetic /lab reports,
you seems to have -
Impending Mesenteric Ischemia with subacute presentation due to diabetic neuropathy?which has suppressed the acute presentation.
In addition you have nausea with flushed feeling,which points at the infective Enteritis with ileus and reflex spasm with it.
Recurrence of periumbilical tenderness needs Surgical opinion to rule out inflammatory adhesions with blind loop,which should be kept in mind.
This is just an alert to you and would suggest you to Consult Physician.

Ans-What should you do?
Suggested remedy-
Bland liquid diet with low volumes/quantity.
If no relief,don't take any painkillers
