Brief Answer:
I Doubt you are confused Superficial Colle's fascia with Corpora Cavernosa.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have have sustained injury to your penis when it was fully erect.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there bruising and swelling of penis ?
2) Are you able to pass urine ?
3) Are you able to get erection after injury?

Superficial Colles' fascia does not cover penis and is on ventral side of penis and scrotum .It is very thin layer of fascia separating skin and subcutaneous tissue from perineal pouch and gets injured by direct trauma over perineum.

Please describe your problem in detail so as to make precise comments and suggestion to resolve the issue.

Hoping to get feedback from you .I shall be happy to address your concern .
Thanks and Regards.

I actually injured it while it flaccid by stretching it too far. I can urinate but it is harder for me to get and maintain erections. No bruising, but I think I have a scar from the injury as well as some scar tissue.

Brief Answer:
You do not have any serious internal injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.

Any serious internal injury to Tunica Albugenia a sheath that envelops erectile tissue (Corpora Cavernosa ) will result into bruising and swelling of the penis with massive hematoma and you will not get erection at all.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get Ultrasound Scanning of penis done to rule out injury to any internal structure.

Take anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac twice daily for 10 days .

Do not worry this will get cured within two weeks .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questionsI shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I hope it will be that simple I have been having problems with it for the past 6 months. I have read that surgery is the only way to heal this injury. My symptoms have been extremely loose penis skin, trouble starting to urinate, urge to urinate more frequently, weaker erections, difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection, and penis shrinkage.

Hello
Thanks for follow up.

You need to do Ultrasound Scanning of the penis done to ascertain if there is injury to internal architecture of penis as you are suspecting it to be.

I do feel all your erectile problems and penile shrinkage are mind related and due to anxiety.

Thanks and Regards.

I hope it is due to my anxiety, but I have read that shrinkage is one of the symptoms. How much does it cost to do an ultrasound?
