1. The picture shows a probable healing skin area in the shaft of penis. It is not something that we see in herpes infection. Therefore if you are having regular sexual activity which is rough then it can be from friction. I confirm that it is not Herpes infection.

Ok doc heres a closer look, it was jus clustered up and scared me.. But you're positive its not herpes or HPV
