Brief Answer:
Please check your Serum Creatinine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Edema in the ankles can be due to many reasons.
Please check your serum creatinine to rule out renal cause.
Stone in the upper Pole of such size will not get dissolved usually.
It has to be removed surgically or can be made into pieces with shock waves.
Urine is dark and bloody due to stone only.
You should drink plenty of liquids, at least 4 litres per day.
If XXXXXXX blood is coming, then you should consult your Urologist.

If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
