Question: Ive been suffering from pelvic pain-genital pain for 6 months now. First went to the hospital took all kinds of test. Saw a urologist there. He said it was prosititis gave me antibiotics didnt help what so ever. 3 months later Finally saw another urologist we came came to the conclusion that if was pelvic floor injury and dysfuction because I have no infection what so ever . I havent been doing the the things I should have and have made it worse. The last week Ive been having bad nerve pain in penis like needles in the glands and tip of the head very painful. What do you think the cause of this is? Thanks
