Suggest Treatment For Parasitic Infection

Question: I have some kind of mite inside of me and crawling on my body. They look like little splinters that pierce my skin. I find them in different stages from tiny orange to brow/black round balls that are very hard the next I find some wrapped in a Web oval shape with blue/green color. I have had 2 rounds of lindane also 2 rounds of permethrin, along with XXXXXXX All clothes are baggage after hot wash & drying. Still have them. What in the world can been sooooo overpowering? Just about to go bonkers. Can someone please help?

Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you might be having some kind of a parasitic infection. This how you should go about it

1. Get a complete blood count to check for eosinophils and total count.
2. In cases this these I usually start my patients on tab mebendazole twice a day for 5 days and check for improvement
3. If the mebendazole does not work then I suggest ultrasound of the affected area and MRI scan of chest and abdomen to see for any active parasites.
