Question: I recently relocated and to date have been unable to find a Physician. I can not qualify until November for the Obama care. I have severe panic attacks and suffer from PTSD. I have insomnia as well, which I have suffered with for approximately 25 years or more. Aside from going to the E.R. I have no other recourse.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

The medicines meant for the treatment of panic disorders, ptsd and insomnia are not available OTC. You will definately need a prescription for the same which is only possible after a physical examination by a psychiatrist.
Health care maguc being an an online forum it wont be possible to provide you with a prescription without physically examining you and moreover our prescriptioms may not be even valid for the pharmacies of your country.
You will have to see an ER and get the prescriptions from the ER doctor and preferably a longer prescription should be better.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

I am 66 and my scalp is itchy, but only on the crown at top and back, my hair is falling out more than it ever has before. I am an insomniac, who only sleeps three hours per night. If I retire at 10.pm, it takes an hour to go to sleep and I wake at precisely 2.pm. Whatever the hour is when I doze off I still only get three hours. It almost seems as if my Cicardian Rythms have been programmed to sleep for three hours only. Is my loss of hair related to my insomnia?

Hi,
I have a problem that has persisted for a few weeks now, the first symptoms started of with excessive sweating through the soles of my feet, that has progressed to dehydration with the skin on hands and face drying out and peeling within a few hours of going to sleep and headaches. I also have bleeding from my intestines, occasional pain in the upper right on my stomach area. I'm unsure if this is related; I also have a intensely painful and itchy rash that usually keeps appearing on my left forearm for 30minutes ~ 1hour, and sometimes insomnia.
