Question: Theres something wrong with me and I don't know what. My head feels really hazy and I keep getting random feelings of panic like I'm going to start crying even if I'm out shopping or just walking. I have also been having strange mood swings well it's more constant than a mood swing but for a days everything seems great then I don't know why but I get really sad like I have a black pit inside me and I feel like I don't want to be here wasting my time any more. I have 2 amazing children my youngest is 9 months and my partner is really unhelpful with them. I keep telling myself I only feel like this because of him but deep down I know I'm the problem please help me.

Hello
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description there is possibility of mood disorder and among which early stage of depression likely. I understand that you have not mentioned anything about sadness or loss of interest in pleasurable activities but the initial stage of depression can present without those hallmark features.

The chances becomes more due to poor psycho social support from partner and repeated mood swings along with crying episodes and emotional reactivity.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
