Brief Answer:
She has torn ligament in wrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and Her MRI report is saying that she has torn some ligament in wrist. These ligaments will heal in some time so I do not think at present she needs surgery.
You should continue with physiotherapy , but there should not be any forceful movement. She should do hot water fomentation but no massage.
If her pain continues for more than 3 months, then she need a arthroscopy debridement of torn fragment/ repair of the ligament according to arthroscopic image.

I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
