Suggest Treatment For Painful Ulcer Under Tongue

Question: I am having small mouth ulcer under my tongue and whenever i lift my tongue it pains a lot, could you please advice the line of treatment with the reason for the same urgently. Please also advice some throat paint as well. Also having pain in the right side of throat.

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Syrup Mucaingel 5ml 10 min before meal to decrease pain ,
T limcee twice daily to promote healing ,
CANDID MOUTH PAINT &
Multi vitamin syrup like syrup vitomin Z twice daily to treat vitamin deficiency .

Syrup Mucaingel 5ml 10 min before meal to decrease burning sensation. Before meal it causes decrease sensation in throat,
T limcee twice daily to promote healing of ulcer ,
CANDID MOUTH PAINT to cover ulcer hence fast healing &
Multi vitamin syrup like syrup vitomin Z twice daily to treat vitamin deficiency because ulcer is common in vitamin deficiency .

Pls have a look at the photo at the back of my tongue and just look at the joining area where i am having problem and advice, i have started CANDID MOUTH PAINT but not much relief, as there is lots of pain while talking.

Syrup Mucaingel 5ml 10 min before meal ,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily like Triguard after meal ,
Chewable Tab limcee twice daily after meal ,
CANDID MOUTH PAINT to cover ulcer thrice daily &
Syrup vitomin Z twice daily after meal .
