Brief Answer:
Examination, Sitz bath, antibiotics and medicines as suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of inserting a small clove in the anus for piles, now unable to find it in stools, small pain and swelling in right side of the rectum and can not sit properly on the bums. Wants guidance.

I would suggest you the following:
First of all take a Sitz bath, meaning sit in a tub with warm water for about 10 minutes to reduce the pain, edema and sooth the muscle spasm.

Garlic is very strong and it practically burns the mucosa hence there would be an internal injury.
It would have changed the character and washed away too, or if it is still there the General Surgeon will remove it.

It would be wise that you consult a General Surgeon, get properly examined internally also if the pain allows. Get a proper prescription of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines with painkiller property.
Take rest.
Take laxative to have smooth bowel movements.
Repeat sitz bath at least 2-3 times a day.

I am sure this will help you, please feel free to ask further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
