Brief Answer:
Acute paronychia

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image. You seem to have acute paronychia i.e inflammation of nail fold.
I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g Augmentin 1gm twice daily for 7 days. In addition I would also suggest you to take an oral antiinflammatory/ painkiller e.g tab zinase-d for a week for symptomatic pain relief. You may continue with topical antibiotic cream.

Regards
