I feel one boil forming on my neck. it is just 2 days..but today I can feel the hardness under the skin and it started little more pain compared to yesterday..compared to yesterday the hardness is little bigger.

Seems like a bacterial skin infection.
I would suggest an oral antibiotic e.g amoxicillin500mg+ clavulanic acid 125mg (Augmentin 625 mg tablet), thrice daily for 5 days.
In addition you may take an oral antiinflammatory e.g diclofenac 50mg + serratiopeptidase combination, for symptomatic relief from pain and swelling.
Topically you may use an antibiotic cream e.g 2% mupirocin ointment (T Bact Cream), twice daily.

You may use just topical antibiotic cream first for 1 or 2 days. If it does' nt improve in 1 or 2 days then you may start with oral antibiotics as well.
