Brief Answer:
possibility of infection of prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

In men there are a number of physical factors that may cause sexual discomfort. Infections of the prostate, bladder, or seminal vesicles can lead to intense burning or itching sensations following ejaculation. So problem in urethra, urinary bladder, prostate , seminal vesicles or testicles may lead to such pain while ejaculation.

As ejaculation is also delayed, more possibility of some prostate or seminal vesicle problem is likely.

You need to undergo complete blood count, semen analysis, urine routine-micro and local ultrasound after physical examination by a surgeon or urologist for exact diagnosis. Treatment depends on the cause.

Let me know more details.

- Since when problem is there?

- How did it start, suddenly or gradually increased?

- Are you married or not?

- Do you use condom?

- Does your partner have any genital infection?

- Is there any burning or pain while you go for urinating?

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
