Question: I get cramps at night in the leg where I had a knee replacement. It is painful and causes me to jump out of bed
at night.

1.Tablet Calcium 1000 mg daily for three months.
2.Tablet vitamin D 3 60000 unit per week for six weeks.
3.Whenever you have cramp in night, drink glass of water with a tea spoonful of table salt.it will help you immediately.
