Brief Answer:
Treatment for perineal raw skin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It is difficult to judge about the nature of the skin disorders without seeing them.

However, first there's need for skin material to be collected and tested for any yeast, viral or bacterial infection.

Treatment for raw skin on perineum includes wearing loose cotton panties or when your doughter stays in the house can use cotton pajamas without underwear.

It is better for your doughter to be lubricated before sex, or avoiding sex for few days.

Latex ( condoms) and spermicides, should be avoided because they can irritate further the skin.

If she used new soaps or shampoos lately, should be considered not to change them frequently.

Hygiene is indispensable in this condition.

Vaseline applied on that area helps reduce the irritation.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Brief Answer:
Elevated WBC indicates infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

Elevated WBC indicates there is an infection going on.

It is probably cervicitis, and could be caused by viruses too.

It can be confirmed by specific blood tests and biopsy of cervix material.

You need to discuss with your daughter' treating Doctor about this.

Hope this helps. Best regards.
