Brief Answer:
Please give detailed information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and proper history.
Noted your history of Nephrectomy (kidney removal) in Nov 2014. The pain wakes you up early in the morning. Wants to know:''If scar tissue anything i can do ?''

Pain which wakes you up in the morning can be due to:
Muscular is common due to scarification as occurs in fibromyalgia.
Nerve entrapment syndrome as it may be entrapped in the scar tissue.

You can try local rubrafacient liniment.
Hot fomentation.
Stress-free life
No such activities that put a strain on the operation site.
More important is to get an opinion and examination by your operating surgeon to find out the cause and get treated accordingly.

Please give detailed information regarding:
Nature/type of pain whether throbbing/burning or so
Any change in bladder or bowel habits
Is the scar tissue tender to touch or pressure.
Any such information that can help me in assisting you.

I hope this answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
Physiotherapist.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The history of the pain being dull ache and goes away by the time you are out of the shower indicates that it is more of a muscular.
Nice to know that there is no recurrence of cancer on 2nd quarterly scan.

With the history you have mentioned above, you can certainly join the gold really very soon. Continue with the workout you have started doing.

Oh, stressful life- try to change as much as possible.

Physiotherapist is the best person who can help you.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for any further queries or clarifications.
